Return & Refund Policy

Unworn, unwashed, with tags attached items can be returned for a store credit within 14 days of purchase. We do not issue cash/card refunds. 

All sale items are final sale and not eligible for refund or exchange.

If you receive an item that is damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days we reserve the right to deny return.

PRINT SHOP
Unworn and unwashed items that have NOT been customized can be returned for store credit within14 days of purchase.  

Customized items* are not eligible for return due to the customized nature of the item.

Items that have been brought in for customization are not eligible for refunds or replacement. Mistakes happen, although rare, and the customer assumes all risk for any errors in printing that may arise with apparel that has been brought in. Black Frame is not responsible for replacing items in the event that something were to happen.

The Black Frame will re-print items that are blurry, crooked, misspelled**, or peeling. We reserve the right to not re-print items that are printed as ordered. We print all items with standard sizing and placement for graphic apparel and accessories. Examples include, but are not limited to, minor issues of image size and general placement. 

*Customized items include items with name, number, specific personalization, etc. that cannot be resold. 

**Misspellings include names/words miss-spelled due to our error. Misspellings due to customer error are not the responsibility of The Black Frame and any reprinting costs will fall on the customer.
